Payment
Schedule
50% deposit to secure reservation half of the deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
balance +  US$ 700. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival security deposit refundable
 Information Rates are per week and include electricity, water, linen and towels, 2 cleanings during the week, weekly linen change and cleaning on Saturdays for multiple week stays, and the final cleaning.  

Not included in the rates are central heating and wood for the fireplace, these are paid locally based on usage.

The villa does have a land-line telephone, but it's only turned on by request. Phone calls are metered and paid locally based on usage. You should also consider bringing your own cell phone for convenience.

The swimming pool is open from middle of May to end of September. Pool water is not heated.
