Benefizio is a historic farm estate on two
full floors. The upper floor has the 4 bedrooms, from downstairs rooms
you can exit under a shaded pergola with a wrought iron dining set with
cushions, there's even a masonry BBQ pit.
At the 11m x 6m large pool you have a
wide surrounding terrace with terracotta vases and ample quality pool
furniture. The converted barn is a splendid outdoor living room with
outdoor sofas and tables.
The gardens are well kept and offer
enjoyment at all seasons, and several old olive trees in the garden provide shade
in the summer.
The villa is surrounded by a fence so
far out that it isn't noticeable. The electric entry gate adds to
privacy and it's easy to operate.
The village is just over 1 mile away, about 25 minutes on foot. The village has all the basics, grocery
stores, a butcher, a post office, a pizzeria and a good local
restaurant.
The short access road passes thru a
classic little hamlet when you turn off the sealed road. The access road
to the villa is along olive groves and a bit rough but easily passable in low gear.
Benefizio is very private with no
immediate neighbors.
