Montepulciano is the location of Benincasa, a splendid one-bedroom apartment with space, light and all amenities.

Benincasa is on the top floor of this 3 level classic palazzo, once owned by the Medici family, situated in the center of town, in a quiet corner next to a small piazza and with views into the countryside.

Montepulciano is one of the most celebrated Tuscan towns, for its wine and treasures of art and architecture. Here you can have an enjoyable vacation even without a rental car.

  Montepulciano is in south-eastern Tuscany, convenient for touring the entire region, and near other interesting cities. Take a train from the local station 15 minute drive away (main-line station 25 minutes). By car you can reach Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia in about 1 hour, about 1 hour and a half into Florence.
 

Benincasa is in a delightful historical palazzo, dating mostly from 16th c. with original exterior decorations and details, and an impressive stone staircase.

Montepulciano offers visitors year round enjoyment, with excellent restaurants, caffe's, wine-bars, shops & markets. The town hosts many festivals and cultural events.

The countryside around town is dotted with rustic farms with vineyards and olive groves, villages and hill-towns, all connected by scenic drives. Interesting local towns include Pienza, Chianciano, Montalcino, Sarteano and Cetona.

You can drive right up to the building to unload luggage. Closest parking available a couple of minute walk away from the apartment.
