Entry has steps up to a small shaded
terrace, in the back is a delightful dining terrace with views over the
olive groves and towards Pienza.
There's also a small garden where you can
cook outside
with a brick BBQ.
The classic fortified hill-town
is made of warm bricks and stones and its buildings are beautifully
restored.
The surrounding region is wonderful for
the outdoors, for walks along the cypress lined country roads, having a
picnic in the olive grove or lunch on the sunny terrace of a
restaurant.
You can drive right up to Casa Bianca,
there are a few parking spaces in front of the house on the small
piazza.
The owner has an apartment on the lower
ground level with independent entry. This apartment is seldom used and
it's not rented out.
