Payment
Schedule:
50% deposit to secure reservation half of the deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
balance +  US$ 400. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information: Rates are per week and include electricity, water, weekly linen change and cleaning, and final cleaning.

Not included in the rates are telephone calls, heating, and wood for the fireplace. These are metered and paid locally based on usage.
