Covered outdoor steps lead up to the main middle floor and into the large living room with fire-place and beamed ceiling. The eat-in country kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date full size appliances. Next to the kitchen is a half-bath.

On the top level are the 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There are 2 baths, one very spacious marble bathroom has shower and tub, and separate vanity area. The second bath has a shower.

On the ground floor are storage rooms, the washing machine, a marble bathroom with shower, and a second eat-in kitchen which opens out to a paved terrace for outdoor dining.
