 Villa Ciupi This well restored house is located in a beautiful ancient hamlet 10 km from the center of Siena. Villa Ciupi sleeps 6 people in comfort with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 marble baths. You can enjoy the dining terrace in the back with views of Siena sky-line and the countryside.
  From this central location northwest of Siena, Villa Ciupi gives you excellent access to Chianti and to the famous cities of Tuscany, including nearby Volterra and San Gimignano; Florence is only 60 km away. In this area of wooded hills and working farms are two medieval castles with towers and a centuries old small monastery. 
  The hamlet of Colle Ciupi is made of about a dozen charming brick and stone houses grouped along the country lane that ends here. Carefully restored magnificent frescoes cover the walls of the hamlet's Romanesque church. 

Villa Ciupi is a recently remodeled 3 level masonry building that offers panoramic views and pleasant outdoor areas for dining "al fresco". Olive groves and orchards extend from a terrace and pergola at the back gently down the hillside. The side terrace is walled-in and private with access to the ground floor service kitchen and bathroom. The walled-in front garden is shared by an attached house on the left side of Villa Ciupi with entry to both houses from this court planted with roses and a palm tree.
