High Season:
June 28 - August 30
December 20 - January 8		 Euro 3,750.
Mid Season:
May 31 - June 28
August 30 - September 27		 Euro 3,150.
Low Season:
January 8 - May 31
September 27 - December 20		 Euro 2,550.
Payment Schedule:
50% to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance +  US$ 700. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
Information: Rates are per week and include electricity, water, weekly linen change and cleaning on Saturdays, another cleaning during the week, and final cleaning.

Not included in the rates are cell-phone usage, central heating and wood for the fireplace.

Dinners at the villa and extra cleaning service are available, ask us for details.

The swimming pool is open from end of May to end of September. Water in the pool is not heated.
