 This centuries old country villa is centrally located in the beautiful rolling hills near the town of Cetona in south-eastern Tuscany.

Costa della Luna is a luxurious fully restored home with outdoor terraces, a well tended garden, pool and panoramic views. With 3 bedrooms the villa sleeps 6 people.
Cetona is ideally located in south-east corner of Tuscany for touring central Italy, you can easily reach most of Tuscany and Umbria for day-trips. The A1 Autostrada is about 15 minute drive away, and in about 20 minutes in Chiusi is a main-line train station.
This is a very scenic region with famous vineyards, historic hill-towns and large farming valleys with panoramic views. It is classic Tuscany of cypress lined roads and olive groves.

You can enjoy outside dining and views over the countryside from the two main terrace and the stone-paved pool side, ideal for dining al fresco.

Nearby Tuscan towns include Sarteano and Montepulciano to the north, about 1 hour or less are Siena, Arezzo and Cortona; on the Umbrian side are Perugia, Assisi, and Orvieto. Florence you can reach in about 1.5 hours.

Dinners and extra maid service are available.

The owner prefers not to rent to families with young children.
