Schedule
50% deposit to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance +  US$ 500. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival for the entire property rental balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information Rates are per week and include electricity, water, linen & towels, and the final cleaning.

Not included in the rates are telephone calls (cell phone), heating, and wood for the fireplace. These are metered and paid locally based on usage.

Extra cleaning is available, and cook is available to prepare dinners.

The swimming pool is open from end of May to end of September. Pool water is not heated.
