 This private farm house is the ideal vacation home for groups looking to spend a vacation in Tuscan countryside centrally located with short drive to main cities.

Casa Francesca has beds for 11 people with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, and offers an excellent value for such a comfortable and large property.
  The location is in the Chiana Valley in eastern Tuscany on the border of Siena and Arezzo Provinces. Each of these famous cities can be reached in about half an hour. The town of Lucignano is 10 minutes away; this a classic hill-town steeped in history and provides good shopping and dining choices. Other nearby towns include Monte San Salvino, Sinalunga, and Cortona. Drive to Florence takes about 1 hour.
 

The owners have planted a nice garden with lawns, fruit and olive trees, roses and other seasonal flowers.

The pool area is complete with a sunny terrace and plenty of lounge chairs. Natural shade is provided by large hardwood trees at each end of the pool.

Set back from the paved local road, the house is reached by an unpaved access road that is level and there's ample parking for several cars in front of the house.

 

The views are over the surrounding farm land and olive groves.

There are no neighbors in direct view, the house is and feels very private and peaceful.

 

You'll enjoy the 2 shaded outside dining areas with wooden tables and benches, there's even a brick BBQ for cooking outdoors.
