The villa has on the ground floor a bright living room with arches, fireplace and reading area, a toilet/ powder room at the entry,  a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, one air-conditioned twin bedroom (can be double) has en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a charming outdoor patio/living area encircled by a wall.

The interiors are furnished with comfortable modern seating and the finest original furniture mostly belonging to the owner’s ancestors.

The recent restoration of this large property has kept the traditional character and materials, including terra cotta floors, archways and high beamed ceilings.

A guest suite for 2 people is in a separate building with courtyard access. This suite has a queen size bed and a bath with walk-in shower.

The washing machine is in a utility room with access from the outside.
