 Newly remodeled to very high standard, Villa Gaeta (also known as Villa Ava) is a comfortable home with 5 bedrooms all with en-suite baths.

This fully equipped villa has a/c and pool, perfect for a relaxing vacation in a historical and scenic region of central Tuscany.

The location is half way between Pienza and Montepulciano in the heart of Tuscany. From Villa Gaeta you can reach the Autostrada in about 20 minutes and make daytrips far into Tuscany and Umbria, for example to Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto and Arezzo. Nearby local towns include Torrita di Siena, Montefollonico, Monticchiello and San Quirico d'Orcia.

This villa is a brilliant example of Tuscan rural 18th century style, well proportioned, carefully renovated with no alteration of the original architecture. The stones have a warm ochre color typical of the Pienza area.

The villa has an infinity swimming pool and a garden with extensive plantings that have mature beautifully to create a delightful area around the villa and the swimming pool.

The villa has ample parking and is surrounded by olive groves. Distance from main road is about 1 mile along an unpaved access road that is in good condition

This famous winegrowing region is wonderful for the outdoors, for walks along the cypress lined country roads, and enjoying excellent local cuisine at the numerous nearby restaurants.
