Payment
Schedule
50% rental deposit required to secure reservation half of the rental deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
rental balance +  US$ 400. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information Rates are per week and include electricity, water, final cleaning, and linen change & cleaning on Saturdays for multiple week stays.

Not included in the rates are central heating and wood for the fireplace.

Casa Gualchiera doesn't have a telephone.

Swimming pool is open from middle of May to end of September. Pool water is not heated.
