On the ground floor on the villa is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one large bedroom has twin beds convertible into a double bed.

The second bedroom is the master suite with a king sized bed. The adjacent bath has a built-in tub with shower.

The upstairs rooms have high, beamed ceilings and splendid views over the garden and the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

The cottage is a large space; a double bedroom suite with a sofa sitting group and a cooking corner. The cottage also has a bathroom with a tiled shower-box.
