Weekly Rates 2010 in Euro

High Season: June 13 - September 11	Euro 4,700.
Mid Season: April 24 - June 13 September 11 - October 23	Euro 3,500.
Low Season: October 23 - April 24	negotiable

Payment Schedule:

50% to secure reservation	reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance + US$ 700. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival	balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable

Information:

Rates are per week and include electricity, water, one cleaning during the week, weekly linen change & cleaning on Saturdays, and the final cleaning.

Not included in the rates are telephone usage, central heating and wood for the fireplace. These are paid locally based on usage.

Cook and extra cleaning are available.

The swimming pool is open from end of May to end of September. Water in the pool is not heated.
