This
is the independent house, about 100 feet from the others and set amongst
tall cypress trees. You also have a separate driveway and parking area,
and private outside seating area and covered alcove at the end of the
house, with BBQ grill. On the
ground level is the spacious country kitchen that is open to the dining
room with a long table. For large groups renting the entire estate
together, this would be the central cooking and dining area.
A few steps up is an entry hall and a
small sitting room with a fireplace.
The upper floor has inside and
outside stairs into a common room. On this level are the 4 bedrooms; 2
double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms has an
en-suite bath with shower. The second bath
with shower opens to the hallway, the third bath with tub/shower is
en-suite with one of the double bedrooms.
