High Season: July 3 - August 28 December 26 - January 9	Euro 2,290.
Mid Season: March 27 - April 10 (Easter) May 15 - July 3 August 28 - September 25 December 18 - 26	Euro 1,790.
Low Season: January 6 - March 27 April 10 - May 15 September 25 - December 18	Euro 1,290.

Payment
Schedule

50% rental deposit to secure reservation	half of the deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
balance + security deposit of US$ 400 for each villa is due 60 days prior to arrival	balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable 2 weeks after departure

Information

Rates are per week and include electricity, water, one set of sheets and towels, a mid-week cleaning, and the final cleaning. Change of sheets & towels, and a cleaning on Saturdays is included for multiple week rentals.

Not included in the rates are telephone usage, central heating and wood for the fireplace; these are metered and paid locally based on usage.

The swimming pool is open from middle of May to end of September. Pool water is not heated.

Le Tre Case houses have landline telephones and Italian sat-tv.
