High Season:
June 14 - August 30		 Euro 11,500.
Mid Season:
May 24 - June 14
August 30 - September 27		 Euro 9,900.
Low Season:
September 27 - October 25
April 5 - May 24		 Euro 8,500.
Winter Season (= November thru March) and Long Term rentals are welcome by special request. rates negotiable
Payment
Schedule
50% deposit to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance +  US$ 1,500. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival for the entire property rental balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information Rates are per week and include electricity, water, linen & towels, house-keeping, and the final cleaning.

Included in the weekly rental rates are the following staff:
* House-keeper for general cleaning and making beds, on every day except Sundays. House-keeper is not available for personal errands.
* Gardener for the grounds and swimming pool maintenance.

Available, but not included in the weekly rates are:
* Concierge service, table service, personal laundry service, tour guides, and car-and-driver service for airport pick-ups.
* Chef to prepare meals and teach cooking classes.

Not included in the rates are telephone usage and central heating. These are paid locally.

The swimming pool is open from end of May to end of September. Pool water is not heated.
