There is 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with a connecting bathroom. These bedrooms can be used as the master suite and are in the two top photographs on this page.

Of the remaining 3 bedrooms 1 is a double bedroom, 1 a twin bedroom which can be converted into a double and 1 single bedroom. These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms on this level.

The villa has central heating, but no air- conditioning. However, the bedrooms have high ceilings and ceiling fans, all windows have screens and louvered shutters. Villa il Lucchesiano is comfortable all through the year.
