50% to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance +  US$ 700. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information

Rates are per week and include electricity, water, bed-linen & towels, and final cleaning. Housekeeping is included for about 4 hours per day, on 6 days per week.

Heating and telephone calls are not included in the rate. They are metered and paid locally based on usage.

Cook is available to prepare dinners at the villa.
