One of the most memorable foodie experiences we’ve had is near Cetona, where Mondo X Ristorante La Frateria, located at Convento di St. Francesco, puts on a supreme culinary feast in one of the most elegant and historical settings, with pris fix tasting menus and a’ la carte options. It’s been a few years since our last time at this fine establishment, but by now the cost must be past 100 euros per person for their extensive tasting menu. Best for intimate dining.
