50% to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance +  US$ 700. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information:

Rates are per week and include electricity, water, linen & towels, daily house-keeping and final cleaning.

Chef is available to prepare breakfast and dinner. Dinner cost is Euro 35 per person for a typical 4-course Tuscan dinner, vintage wines not included. Owner has a selection of wines available. Breakfast cost is Euro 5 for Continental and Euro 7 for American style breakfast.

Personal laundry service and ironing are available at hourly cost of Euro 12.

Heating and telephone calls are not included in the rates, they are all metered and paid locally based on usage.

The swimming pool is open from middle of May to end of September. Water is the pool is not heated.
