Villa Isola

Villa Isola is an independent residence (sleeps 12) right on the coast of Tuscany’s Argentario peninsula. The convenience of this location will surprise you; easily take a short half a mile walk to the fabulous town of Porto Ercole. This seaside villa is well organized with large open living areas inside and out, and the total of 7 bedrooms. The garden is located on various low levels with pines, oaks, rosemary, oleanders and agaves. You can even walk to Porto Ercole in just over 1 kilometer, under a mile.

Main Floor at Villa on the Seaside

On the upper floor, the spacious living room has a 2-sofa seating group and a built-in corner sofa in front of a fireplace. The dining area has a table for 12 and access to the terrace with a shaded outdoor dining table. The terrace beside the living room has a large seating group looking over the garden and out to the sea, and is protected by a retractable shade. In center of the interior living area is a rather intriguing landscaped light-well that illuminates the interior.

Bedrooms at Villa Isola

Two small flights of stairs lead to three double bedrooms each with its own bathroom on the ground floor. One bedroom has a bathroom with a tub while the other two have showers. From the dining area you can reach the kitchen, equipped with oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads to the lower floor, with four bedrooms (one double, two singles and a triple) which share three bathrooms, and a pantry with a second refrigerator.

Outdoor Living at Villa next to Porto Ercole

Two stone staircases on the opposite sides of the property allow for access to the sea below, while the large furnished terraces are on the east and on the north sides of the house. There’s a washing machine, satellite TV, safe, barbecue, garage for two cars and additional parking outside. The view from the garden and from the eastern terrace embraces the fort La Rocca, the seaside Feniglia Ansedonia is the promontory of the island and the point Avoltore.
