The tower consists of 4 levels, with 3
bedrooms (2 kings and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen dining room, living room with
fireplace, reading room, study and balcony on the top floor.
The ground floor includes an entrance hall, sitting/reading room, a
small laundry room and guest powder room. Stairs lead to a lower
ground floor cellar and doorway to an outdoor patio terrace
with dining table sitting six, BBQ, climbing roses, herbs and potted
plants.
The 1st floor has a large open plan kitchen-dining room with
a large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with modern
appliances, a large oven and five burner stove and a vast selection of
cooking and dinner ware. An archway opens onto the sitting room with
fireplace and two large windows overlooking the countryside.
The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a
king size bed which can be made into two singles, a large antique
cupboard, table and chairs. Bedroom 2 has a French double brass bed
(US full size) and a large cupboard with plenty of storage. The
bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures, marble basin top, bathtub
with incorporated shower.
The 3rd floor has a twin bedroom,
a study, bathroom and balcony. Bedroom 3 is under the eaves so
ceilings are lower at one end. It has 2 single beds and large closet
and air conditioning. The study is furnished with a comfortable sofa,
a big walnut bookcase, a desk and a comfortable rocking armchair with
footrest.
