Payment
Schedule:
50% deposit to secure reservation half of the deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
balance +  US$ 400. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information: Rates are per week and include electricity, water, weekly linen change and cleaning on Saturdays, and final cleaning.

Not included in the rates is central heating and wood for the fireplace.

Amenities available on request:

- Baby's crib, must be requested in advance, as a supplement, the cost is 30 Euro per week, paid locally

- Cellular phone, with reimbursement of phone charges based on usage, paid locally
