50% to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented

 Information

Final cleaning is included. No additional cleaning is included during the week. Cleaning service and linen change are included on Saturdays for multiple week stays.

Dinners and extra maid service are available. The owner is a chef and former restaurant owner, and on request, he can prepare a classic Tuscan dinner for Euro 30 per person.

Heating, fire-wood and telephone calls are not included in the rates and are payable locally based on usage.

Swimming pool is open from end of May until end of September. Water in the pool is not heated.
