The villa has 2 independent levels with high quality interiors; the upper floor has 4 bedrooms and the ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms for the total of 12 people. You can enjoy beautiful views from the villa and the large pool.
The location of Villa San Martino is 10 minutes west from the walled city of Lucca with downtown Florence 1 hour away by car or train, 30 minutes to the sea; the ideal location to explore Tuscany.
At Villa San Martino you can enjoy the panoramic views and dining al fresco.

The extensive grounds are well maintained and private.

The 15 meter, or 45 foot long pool is located in the olive grove, about 200 meters from the villa.
