50% to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance +  US$ 1,500. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information Rates are per week and include electricity, cooking gas, hot water, linen & towels, and the final cleaning.

Cleaning service is also included for about 3 hours a day for 3 days a week. Low Season rate includes cleaning only on 2 days per week. Extra cleaning available at 12 Euro per hour.

A welcome dinner on the arrival evening is included. This is a light buffet dinner organized by the care-taker.

Not included in the rates are telephone calls and central heating; they are paid locally. Central heating costs Euro 300 per week. Telephone calls are paid according to usage.

Swimming pool is open from middle of May to late September. Pool water is not heated.

Chef can be available to prepare dinners at the villa. Additional professional staff is available for special occations.
