Bello Podere is a restored farmhouse rising up on a hill in the beautiful Tuscan landscape. Bello Podere is perfect rental for large groups, with 10 bedrooms and extra beds your group can bring up to 26 people. Distance of only 3 miles from the hill-town of Cetona gives you easy access to local shops and restaurants. The closest Autostrada exit is just 15 minutes away; 20 minutes to the train station in Chiusi. Situated on a 180 hectare farm, Bello Podere occupies a hilltop with breathtaking views over the surrounding forests and valleys. Crops are growing in wide fields that often include acres of sunflowers. Groups gather for meals under the stars during summer and eat pizza made in the farm’s traditional bread oven. The sparkling pool is enormous and the perfect place to cool down with the wide deck furnished in chaise lounges for the sun worshipers.

The farmhouse is surrounded by well tended grounds with shade trees, flowering shrubs and colorful geraniums in pots. At a short walk from the villa is the huge swimming pool (14 m x 7 m) in a panoramic position, with a broad terrace and lounge chairs. Outdoor dining is located under the trees in front of the villa, and you can cook on the nearby brick BBQ. There’s also a spacious alcove in front where a table can be set for dining under cover. Behind the villa is a spacious portico with a cozy seating area. You would enjoy the enchanting vista of the surrounding hills from the covered loggia on top of the roof. There’s also a volley ball net, and half a dozen covered parking spaces to keep you cars shaded.

Bello Podere is a beautiful masonry farmhouse, remodeled with great care, and perfectly suited for large groups who want to spend vacation together but not to give up privacy. The large building is divided into 4 comfortable apartments, all with fireplaces, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. They are tastefully furnished in a mix of modern and traditional styles. The different sized apartments, all with independent entrance, are equipped with sat- TV, WiFi, and central heating.

All Together at Bello Podere with Loggia

There is a large interior lounge in the apartment situated at the upper floor, that can be used as a common room for inside dining, parties and meetings. On top of this apartment is a beautiful covered terrace, a charming loggia with an extensive views over surrounding countryside. Dinners and lunches are available on request, also it’s possible to make pizza in the traditional oven.

Ground Floor at Farmhouse near Cetona

The farmhouse is built over two floors. The ground floor is composed by 3 apartments with independent access. Apartment A is composed of a living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, small store room, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Apartment B has a living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and store room. Apartment C has a living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with bathtub. On this floor, with external access, there is also a handicap accessible double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Upper Floor One Large Apartment

From an external stone staircase you reach the first floor. The entrance leads to a spacious living room (about 60 square meters) with a huge traditional fireplace. Next to the living room there is a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area on this floor is composed of 4 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, while 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom share bathroom with a bathtub. From the sleeping area corridor, a staircase leads up to a covered terrace where you can admire a beautiful panorama. For very large groups, it’s possible to add up to 6 single beds at a small extra cost.

Location of Farmhouse Siena Province

Thanks to its geographic location, you can easily visit the most important historical and artistic centers of the area (Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Città della Pieve, Orvieto). From Casa Bella it takes only about one hour to reach the important historical cities in the center of Italy, such as Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Assisi.
