Casa Margherita is an ancient farmhouse that lies in the very heart of Tuscany. This house conveniently sits among the hills between the Orcia and Chiana valleys. The owners recently renovated it with care using organic methods and salvaged building materials. Casa Margherita sleeps 8 people and features a pool with views,  so come here to relax, and fun and enjoy your summer holidays in Italy. Besides the great location near Chianciano and other towns, this home is quiet and peaceful. You can jump in the swimming pool and see the tremendous views across the hillsides. This villa sits comfortably on top of a splendid valley surrounded by farms and vineyards. Casa Margherita spreads out on two floors with independent entrance to both but also communicating through an internal staircase. This house is well decorated in Tuscan country style with classic terracotta tiles and wooden beams. The owners of Casa Margherita have certainly furnished the house with your comfort in mind.

Ground Floor of Tuscany Vacation Home

The building is well laid out on 2 levels. The ground floor has 2 comfortable double bedrooms with comfy beds and traditional Tuscan furniture. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.  The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, oven and cook-top, microwave, toaster, and fridge/freezer.  Furthermore, the coffee crowd can choose between American coffee, and the Italian Espresso and Mocha machines. The combined lounge dining room has French doors with access to the garden and outdoor gazebo. The large copper and stone fireplace keeps farmhouse traditions alive. And finally, the dining area has a table to seat all 8 people in your group.

Internal and external stairs take you to the upper floor, where a double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a French bed (3/4 bed) with access to a bathroom from the hall. This one is a fully equipped bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The upper floor living room has a kitchenette, a dining table, and a sofa in front of a small fireplace. Another set of French doors gives you access to the panoramic terrace, so the fantastic Tuscan countryside views are all yours.
