Casale Torre is a robust Tuscan farmhouse villa, handsomely restored and well furnished. You would enjoy the large private pool, sunny terrace, and outdoor dining. The location is on a scenic hilltop with an enchanting panoramic views over the breathtaking Tuscan landscape. You can take a short 4 km ride to the market-town of Cetona. The villa is situated on a 180 hectare working farm. The extra large private swimming-pool comes with chaise lounges. The well tended grounds have have sitting areas and a BBQ for cooking outside.

The Torre is divided into 6 apartments all with fire-places, terracotta floors and high, beamed ceilings. All rooms are tastefully furnished and each 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment comes with a private entrance, kitchen, Sat-TV, and Wi-Fi.

20 People Dining at Villa In Cetona

Groups can rent the Torre exclusively as an independent Villa. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge and dining room for the whole group, and a fully equipped pizzeria kitchen. The owners had planned to open a pizzeria here originally, however, they decided to keep it private and a part of the villa rental. This area has 3 sofas, a large screen TV and a restroom area with 2 toilets. From this large common room you step out to a covered outdoor dining area with a table that also seats 20 people.

On request, this is the ideal location for parties, courses, and weddings. The panoramic tower bedroom with its own bath and windows on all sides would be the perfect bridal suite!

SERVICES INCLUDED: WIFI, electricity, water, gas for cooking use, weekly (Saturday)   change of linen and double change of towels, final cleaning, pool and park maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST: extra bed (€100/week), extra linen (€ 12/person), extra towels (€8/person), extra cleaning (€15/hour), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), firewood (€ 15/100 kg).

SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 1.500

ARRIVAL: Saturday between 4pm and 7pm

From May to September the farmhouses are normally rented in full; in the other months, and according to availability, individual apartments are also rented.

Swimming-pool are open from the first week of May till the first week of October.
