Villa Colle Castellina

Villa Colle Castellina is a private and independent residence that sleeps 8 people. This spacious villa is just a few miles from the town of Castellina in Chianti, and has a beautiful open garden with a sunny pool. You enter the villa from a wide covered portico that has a wicker seating group. On the main floor is a large well furnished living room with stone fireplace and a large dining table. Just a couple of steps take you down to a U-shaped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Behind the living room is the master bedroom with a large bathroom. Outside the main kitchen is a beautiful terrace so you can easily enjoy cooking and meals al fresco.

Lower Level of Villa Colle

Going down stairs, you walk into a family room with a another kitchen, a working fireplace, dining table and a sofa seating group. You also have an entrance from the outside at the back of the villa. There are 2 double bedrooms and a further twin bedroom, each with an en-suite bath on this lower ground level.

Amenities

Pool is very large measuring 8 x 15 meters (depth from 1.40 to 2.50 m) and set in the large garden with lovely views. At the villa you enjoy satellite TV, DVD and CD player, wi-fi, and finally the laundry room with washing machine.  It’s also possible to add 2 more beds at extra cost.
