Villa Maremma

Villa Maremma is an Independent property half an hour from the coast in Southern Tuscany. The rental property is composed of a group of two farmhouses, and sleeps total of 13 people. There’s also a 3rd structure, used for larger groups and special occasions.

The Villa for Sleeping 9 People

The Villa 1 can accommodate up to 9 people and is on a single floor. Surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, it has a beautiful wooden porch with a large dining table, ideal for outdoor dining. Inside the villa there is a large, comfortable living room, furnished with sofas, a library and a fireplace. The vibrant fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer and a table for breakfast. The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms with bright and colorful beds – 4 are double and one single, all with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. This Villa can be rented separately by a smaller group at a lower rate, please ask.

This Villa Sleeps 4 People

The Villa 2 is on two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bright, well-furnished living room with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace, as well as a delightful small well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are two bright colored double bedrooms, both with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. Outside, a lovely garden with a nice lawn and a wooden porch with sofas and a large dining table.

The Villa of Large Parties

The Villa 3 has a beautiful entrance hall, a bright living room with two seating groups placed in a setting refined, accompanied by a library with a fireplace wall. Next to the living room is a large dining room with a beautiful antique table and direct access to the porch. A very nice bathroom for guests features an ancient bath. At the center of this house is the wonderful fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils and modern appliances, with a large table.

Swimming pool (25 x 4 meters), large garden with lawn and organic kitchen garden, outdoor living areas, tennis court, soccer field with synthetic grass.
Air conditioning & heating, laundry, alarm system, Wi-Fi, Sky satellite flat TV, stereo CD player and iPod bases available. WI-FI internet connection available in all rooms, under the loggia in the pool area and in the front garden.
