The Story on Remodeling the Farmhouse in 3 Miracles

1st miracle:

It is hard to believe that just 12 years ago this property laid in ruins. Barbara, her husband Luca, and sister Sabrina spotted the abandoned farmhouse in the year 2000, but it took them two years to persuade the owner, an elderly Tuscan farmer, to part with it. That was the first miracle.

2nd miracle:

Barbara explains “It took us another four years to obtain all the necessary planning consents and that was our second miracle."

3rd miracle:

With all the EU regulations and the fact of being inside a highly prized UNESCO world heritage conservation area, being allowed to build a swimming pool was finally their third miracle. Then it took one more year to complete the building works. Barbara & Sabrina believe that restoring the farmhouse was the dream they shared, because they always planned to set up a joint holiday business in Tuscany.
