Villa Nespole

This independent farm house villa sleeps 12 people with 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. Villa Nespole enjoys a desirable setting in the countryside just a short drive from the town of Lucignano in Arezzo Province. This Tuscany vacation home has easy access from the Autostrada. A scenic road brings you to this private villa so you quickly drive thru a gate into the parking area for several cars. This property is almost 3 acres in size and is planted with cypress, olive and fruit trees. The sparkling swimming pool has an access gate and the pool area is well furnished with lots of sun chairs, umbrellas, with also an outdoor shower. Under the wide covered pergola you find tables and chairs in the shade. Kids can have fun at their own play-ground.

Inside on the Ground Floor

On the ground floor is the rather large room combining a living area seating group with fireplace, dining table with 12 chairs and a modern open kitchen. You would make frequent use of the spacious porch along the kitchen where you can eat outdoors and cook on the brick BBQ. Of the 6 bedrooms, 2 are on the ground floor;  one is a double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom suitable for the disabled, while the other is a double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. There’s also a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.

Bedrooms on the Upper Floor

On the upper floor are remaining 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. First double bedroom has a bathroom with a tub, second double bedroom features an en-suite shower bathroom, third double bedroom comes with a small en-suite shower bathroom, and the fourth double bedroom uses a separate shower bathroom. In addition, you can enter the upper floor directly from the outside. Just 3 steps lead up from a small covered terrace with a table and chairs.

The large swimming pool (4,5 x 9 m) is inside the fenced garden with children’s playground, barbecue and parking. Inside you benefit from air-conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi, and the washing machine. The specious kitchen has dishwasher, electric oven and cook-top, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. You are able to add an extra bed and also buy farm products. And finally, the owner accepts your pets to her holiday home.
