La Bottega delle Nane, excellent food at this highly recommended restaurant in Piazze, just south of Cetona. Some of the best meals in the area with lots of daily and seasonal specials. Last time no written menu for the specials – they tell you what’s available, waiter speaks some English. No house wines by the glass, only full bottles – but the local Monte Cetona wines are not expensive. They have a roof terrace open during the summer. Last visit in June 2016. Closed Thursdays.
