Villa Capanne is a spectacular stone villa set on a panoramic hillside near an ancient village in the southern part of Siena Province. Villa Capanne has been carefully restored to preserve the classic features of the ancient country house. The furnishings are comfortable and elegant, interiors are tastefully decorated and the villa is fully equipped for enjoyable vacations. With 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, Villa Capanne has 4,500 square feet of space and accommodates up to 10 people.

Garden, Pool and Setting of Villa Capanne

Surrounded by a well tended garden and a woodland park, the extra large pool is evenly deep and faces the valley below. This private pool is enhanced by a shaded canopy and a wide open deck to allow all 10 guests to enjoy the pool together. The pool area is fenced in with a gate that can be locked for child safety. This entire hillside is passionately landscaped with fragrant Mediterranean herbs and shrubs, roses and olive trees. You can park cars beside the villa, and also below the villa is a second parking area on the pool level. The village of Piazze is a short 1 and a half mile drive away to shops and restaurants. One mile above is a historical castle and villas where the owner’s family lives.

Ground Level the Large 5-Bedroom Villa

This villa luxuriously accommodates 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 5 private bathrooms, divided over the three floors, with the master suite on the topmost level. Please ask to see the floor plans. On the Ground Floor is the large sitting room with a fireplace, the intimate dining room and the country kitchen, all with French doors that open to the garden. This level also has 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Take  a half-flight of stairs up to the back, and you reach the entrance hall, and 1 twin bedroom with its own bath. This entrance hall gives access to a parking area and has stairs to the upper floors.

Amenities and Top Floors at Villa Capanne

On the Middle Floor are 2 bedroom suites: 1 double bedroom and its bathroom with tub and shower, and 1 twin bedroom also has its bathroom with tub and shower. On the Top Floor is the master bedroom suite and a cozy sitting room that provides a quieter place for watching television and reading. The amenities in this floor include a bathroom with tub and shower, and the lounge with a sofa group, wet bar, sat. TV, and fireplace. This level also has direct access out by the external staircase.
